PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The EMC-PG01R is a precision pulse generator (PG) card designed for resolver and pulse input applications. It features a resolver output power of 7 Vrms at 10 kHz and an input signal range of 3.5 ± 0.175 Vrms at 10 kHz for accurate signal processing. The card supports pulse input signals via a Line Driver or Open Collector, with input voltages of +5V / +24V and a maximum input frequency of 300 kHz, accommodating both 1-phase and 2-phase inputs. For output, the PG OUT terminals provide signals with a configurable division frequency function (1 to 255 times), ensuring flexibility in signal transmission. The maximum output voltage for the Line Driver is 5 VDC, with a current limit of 15 mA and a maximum output frequency of 300 kHz. Additionally, the SG (Signal Ground) of the PG card is shared with the host controller or PLC, ensuring a common output signal for seamless integration into industrial automation systems.
